It was a real honour to be part of celebrating hard work, long and stressful hours and wonderful success. Well done to all who were honoured and recognised.

9/6 Radio Interviews- What a wonderful morning I had today, Light FM phone interview and then I got the opportunity to meet Steve Price and the very charming Sam Newman of Melbourne Talk radio. My first time in a radio station and I had a blast. I certainly hope I get the opportunity to meet everyone again soon.
29/5 BMW Brighton-McGrath Foundation Charity Event- Pete Evans owner of a number of top rating resturants in Melbourne and Sydney (along side ex Hugo's Bondi chef, Manu of My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7), the dynamic and very entertaining celebrity chef-ing pair were on hand with cooking demonstrations, one-liners and a large doe of champaign induced flirting with the crowd, gift bags and plenty of good-will, saw the McGrath Foundation raise a very substantial amount of needed funding for cancer research. Congratulations to BMW Brighton for holding this event, all present had a wonderful time.

16/5- BODYOVERHAUL FITNESS CAMP W.A What an amazing day and so much enthusiasm and energy from the Geraldton and Jurien Bay crew who attended the first of what is planned to be many BodyOverhaul Fitness Camps. Underworld Active Wear, BSc and Avanti bikes were our wonderful supporters and sponsors who made this camp happen, so thank you as always for your unwaivering support, and Avanti for thier donation of a $900 spin bike that was won by Kathryn who now has een more opportunity to reach her personal goals. This event was an honour and so much fun to bring to W.A and I must also thank Mike and Daniella Omara for their hospitality on my stay. Cant wait to see you all again for more butt crunching training soon!
14/5- JURIEN BAY W.A had a wonderful day training the very fit and focused crew at the Jurien Bay Gym. Owner and trainer Abi Mayer certainly keeps her team in tip top form. Looking forward to a wonderful and action packed day for the PRP BodyOVERHAUL Fitness Camp. Lots of training tips, info and a few surprises are in store for the participants. Margarita athletes Daniella Omara, Rae Cattach will also be lending me a welcome hand in support, awesome girls, awesome products and awesome location.
7-9/5- What a simply amazing weekend the Monica Brant FEM CAMP, was in Melbourne Australia. Flush Fitness gave us Ozzie girls the opportunity of meeting an industry legend and a truely super, down-to-earth and genuine lady. Couple this with co-presenter, Lynda being here too and we were doubly blessed to have such knowledge, athleticism and motivation. They shared nutrition tips,training pointers, posing and so much more with us all. We cant wait to see them again and with Doherty's Gym CITY as the awesome location, it is bound to be an even greater success than what we already experienced.
Yes, I can now say I have trained Monica Brant and also been a trainer for the MONICA BRANT FEM CAMP...what a career highlight and honour it was. Thanks to Mo, Lynda, Dohertys Gym CITY and the awesome FEM CAMP Melb girls, cant wait to see you all soon.xxxxx

2/5-FILEX Sydney 2010- Hot on the heels of my recent Sydney Australasian win, I was back in the bustling & very humid town to represent Muscle and Fitness Magazine as a journo this year and of course my wonderful Rokettes were also on hand to lend some girl power to the FILEX expo experience. We had a great day visiting all the stands, meeting some wonderful industry names and even got the opportunity to have a photo shoot with FLEX LEWIS and BRANDON CURRY at the wonderful Titans Gym in Kensington. Monica Brant, Raechella Chase, NZ IFBB Pro Figure athlete, Lee Preist and so many of the industry great were on hand to motivate, inspire and chat to current and future fitness enthusiasts. A long day but a very fn and rewarding one was had by all. Cant wait till next year.

18/4 Sara WINS the Australasian titles for a second year. I am so very happy and ready for a little break after so many shows back to back. I am very much looking forward to reporting my next show soon....where will we be travelling next?
