 Brief Introductions:

Susan Croft-Ohio, USA, Novice Physique 3rd Masters & Overall (LA Fitness, Bally Fitness)

Not enough to be an inspirational Mum, Suz became a grandmother for the first time this year, so PRP is very proud to Congratulate her on her amazing and hard earnt placing in her first competition in USA. Like anyone on a transformation journey, suz had her highs and lows, ups and downs. But like a true Champion she kept true to her goals and the payoff….well an amazing body and sense of accomplishment entirely her own making. Her proud partner TJ Bowe wrote: “Thanks again I can't express the motivation that you inspired within her Sara, you went out of your way as busy as you are and showed an interest in someone thousands of miles away from you. You’re a special person and I wish you and Perry the best in what life has to offer. We're very proud of her and shes doing another show in Nov. thanks for everything you’re… awesome…”

In her words: “It’s never too late.  I lost weight and started working out at 42.  Two years of dedication has completely changed my look.  Keep motivating pictures with you at all time.  Such as people who inspire you. ( Sara – you and your fiancé were two of those people for me.) Recognize your successes – even the small one’s. Start out slow and no matter what, do something everyday – even ten minutes - for the first few months to establish the habit and routine.  Never let anyone say you “can’t”.

Tanja Kareveson

Mum to the adorable 1 year old Lola, Tanja trains 5 times a weeks with her cardio and 2 with weights. Training regularly for the past 9months she has been making big gains in loosing her baby weight and now loves training arms almost as much as eating her favorite food;icecream. This thankfully has started to be pegged on the fav food scale by blueberries and cherries and chicken salads. In her words: "Just do it and remember if it tastes really good it is not good for you"

*3rd place winner of the BeachBody Australia Fitnesscamp 12 week challenge.

Martine Mitchell

A former atheltics athlete from the age of 6, Martine started training at the gym when she was at Uni, by the age of 20 she started training one-on-one with a trainer. Regular weight training 3 times a week and power walking 6 days a week for 45 minutes, Martine had Sienna 15.5months ago, and had her 6 pack back within 2 weeks. "My favourite exercises are bicep work, tricep exercises and shoulder exercises, when conditioned, I love team shuttle runs and sprint training at the beach. My least favourite exercises are chinups, long distance running and boxing...and a few other Perry loves to throw at me...." Supplement regimen-protein shakes and tribulus. Martine's favorite foods are lasagna, steak and broccoli and a treat would be grilled chees and tomato melts and for the extra decadant days Magnums.......Best piece of advice to Mums wanting to get healthy is 'it's never too late to start training and making it part of your lifestyle, take it slow and ease into it and above all have fun'. I have a quote my trainer (Perry) sent, saved on my phone-"You rock. Stay focused on your desires and (you are) supported all the way".
