PRP trained Olympian Krystal Weir leading up to her China trip in 2008. We were instrumental in assisting her weight loss program for the light sailing conditions in China; while still maintaining muscle to keep strength in the water should conditions require it. Krystal did an awesome job captaining her team and reaching better than expected in her target weight. We are very proud of her as she continues to represent Australia overseas in 2009.

I’ve been training with Sara for about 3 months now, and in that time not only has the appearance of my body shape changed, I feel fabulous, my skin is much clearer, I have more energy, better quality of sleep, healthier digestion and more knowledge into how the body works…in particular my own! Sara is no nonsense approach applied to me. Simple changes to my diet, nothing weird or crazy, just organic whole foods; real food without any crap! Gone are my days of diet pills & shakes three times a day, not to mention all the overtraining for ridiculous hours a day that I would convince myself was for my own good. I look forward to each training session. A self confessed 'bad eater and regular drinker', Craig now follows a clean balanced diet, he is consuming more food that he has ever before, barley drinks and is loosing body fat at a steady and manageable weekly rate. His major goals were to loose weight and be able to run 15 km with ease, we are currently up to 7km and the weight loss has been marked. "What I love about training with PRP is the holistic approach, I find I am now more focused at work, with my family and at home, I have so much energy and motivated for everything. The diet was hard to begin with but now I find it part of my lifestyle, I do not crave carbs at dinner and feel better for it. My advice to anyone wanting to start a program: Just DO IT! When you start, listen to your trainer, stick with the diet and training and you'll see results, from there you'll be motivated to continue on."
