When undertaking any of the services provided by PRP and its staff, participants understand and accept that no recording devices are permitted in sessions.

All services (sessions, classes, programs, projects) are to be paid upfront and in full prior to commencing or unless with the written consent to terms otherwise agreed upon by PRP.
Unless in the circumstances of a voucher being gifted, all services are non-refundable, transferable or redeemable by other parties other than the payee/assessed participant. Services have a completion date limit of 6 months from purchase. After which time the sessions/services are forfeit and become void. All participants entering into a program understand and accept these terms.
Gift Vouchers are available for Seminars and Services upon request and may be redeemable by a named participant and upon presentation to PRP of the said voucher. Dates of validity will be specified on all vouchers.
PRP has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, Sessions /online training programs cancelled 'without good reason' within the 24 hour period  or  allotted duration will incur a cancellation fee, the value of the cancelled session/s.
No Show sessions, will be paid for in full and the sessions lost.
Unpaid session will result in a zero training policy until bills are paid in full.
When employing the programs/services of PRP, all participants agree to the terms of the programs and the tasks/requests made by the trainers allocated to you. All emailing, diarizing, accountability tasks are to be completed as outlined and agreed with the trainer.
All external fees, gym entry, transport competition fees are to be paid by the participant and do not fall under the jurisdiction or responsibility of PRP.
Trainers’ expenses are to be paid for by participants in full when interstate or overseas.
No content contained within the PRP website may be copied, sold or reproduced without the written consent of the PRP team.
