The Rokettes were established in 2009 by IFBB Figure Champion Sara Picken-Brown. The athletes known as ‘The Rokettes’, are health and fitness devotees who have committed to their personal goals of competing in Figure, Fitness and Bikini Model classes.  The Rokettes shine as true professionals on stage and advocates of the lifestyle they lead off stage. 

As a Rokette member you have the experience of Sara's vast experience in competition preparation-training, diet, presentation, posing & routines to ensure your confidence when you step on stage. You are also part of a dynamic and supportive network of amazing women who will encourage and motivate your evolution as an athlete.
