Sara 'Pocket Rocket' Picken-Brown runs Posing Clinics & personal coaching sessions in posing technique, competition stage makeup, presentation & deportment.

With over 15 years professional stage performance experience including over 15 Figure Contests you are guaranteed to learn a great deal from your time with her.

All sessions are held at  Doherty's Gym CITY

  • Muscularity round posing techniques
  • Bikini and Tan (choice, cut, color)
  • Total Package presentation pointers (Shoes, Hair, Makeup styles, Entering/Exiting stage space)
